With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Social Work (Summa Cum Laude), AllyRae has years of experience helping clients process their emotional pain, make sense of their story, and find a way forward to more health and happiness.

Throughout her professional career, AllyRae has worked with a diverse background of clients in a variety of settings including individual counseling, group therapy, and counseling within school settings.

AllyRae is highly educated and trained to offer support, challenging conversation, Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), gentle guidance to kids, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, helping them navigate their way through the obstacles they face.

AllyRae has a special interest in helping those with anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, general life transitions, child/play therapy, parent coaching, and family therapy. She also has experience with supporting and guiding clients of all ages dealing with neurodivergence (mostly ADHD) as well as offering support to those within the LGBTQ+ populations.

AllyRae is a kind, warm, and compassionate clinician with a heart for people from all walks of life. She passionate about offering counseling to all because she knows how to provide a powerful, life changing experience for people experiencing a wide variety of emotional pain.
