Meet our Counselor - AllyRae Conley

AllyRae Conley, LMSW, holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Tampa and a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland. She brings years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings, with an emphasis on working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. While AllyRae is passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges, she is dedicated to meeting each person where they are, tailoring her approach to their unique needs and goals.

With a special focus on attachment and complex trauma, AllyRae guides clients in understanding how early experiences shape their inner world and relationships, and impact their nervous system. She is trained in

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

, which she integrates as a powerful tool to help clients reprocess trauma and access a greater sense of emotional freedom. While EMDR offers effective relief from distressing memories, AllyRae’s approach goes beyond symptom reduction—she helps clients build deeper self-awareness and cultivate more fulfillment and joy in their lives.

True to psychodynamic principles, AllyRae’s approach is depth-oriented and relational. She believes that meaningful, lasting healing happens in the context of safe and attuned connection. Through a collaborative and exploratory process, she helps clients understand the underlying patterns that shape their relationships—with others and with themselves—offering a path toward greater clarity, self-compassion, and authentic connection.

Within her work, AllyRae is deeply committed to providing

affirming care for neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. She approaches this work with intentionality and respect, fostering a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, valued, and supported in their unique identities and lived experiences.

In every session, AllyRae strives to cultivate a grounded, compassionate environment where clients feel emotionally safe to engage in honest reflection and meaningful growth. She considers it a profound honor to support others on their journey toward deeper self-understanding, healing, and building a life aligned with their values.
